Mind Over Matter Consultancy would like to invite you to attend the open/information days for the Executive Certificate in Dance Leadership & Management.
The Executive Certificate has been specifically developed for the needs of dance teachers and those working in the dance industry and Mind Over Matter (MOM) has worked with a range of dancers and dance teachers and are well versed in the difficulties and also the positive elements that professionals encounter in this particular area.
The course will cover 6 modules: Communication, Negotiation & Influence, Teamwork, Change, Leadership & Management and Decision-Making and Problem-solving. hess elements are all taught using the ‘Learning in the Round’ technique pioneered by Mind over Matter and immersive learning, which moves away from traditional academic learning is encouraged.
