It is with the deepest regret that we have to inform you of the death of Mr Keith Holmes, on 22nd February 2018.
We wish to express our deepest sympathy and sincere condolences to his wife, Margaret and sister, Jean and her family.
Mr Holmes funeral service will be held on Wednesday 14th March 2018, in St Helens, Merseyside.

Mr Keith Holmes
Member of the IDTA Ballroom Branch since 1959 and a member of the IDTA Board of Examiners, Keith Holmes ran a successful dance school with his wife Margaret in St Helens, Merseyside, for over 50 years.
In 1992, he was appointed to the IDTA Board of Directors and took over as Company Secretary and Chief Executive in 2002. In 2011, the Association was recognised by Ofqual and the Welsh Government and then Keith’s role expanded to include the role of Responsible Officer.
Keith retired as Chief Executive in 2017 and was elected to the Board of Directors and continued to work as an Examiner.
