1. Conditions of use / General Conditions


Welcome to the IDTA (Sales) Ltd webshop. IDTA (Sales) Ltd and team provides services to you subject to notices, terms and conditions as set out below. By accessing, browsing or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully.


We reserve the right to update or change our Terms and Conditions at any time and you should check these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Terms and Conditions on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions.


You agree to use our webshop in a safe, responsible manner and do engage in activities that may be construed as illegal, immoral or damaging to our name or reputation, included but not limited to: spamming, threatening or harassing behavior, data gathering, tampering with the code or function of our website (including the transmission of computer viruses), copying or modifying the website content, or other illegal activites.


2. Data Protection Disclaimer / Privacy & Security




Any personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, rented, disclosed, or loaned.

Any personal information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

The information we collect will be used to:

  • Process your orders.
  • With your consent email a newsletter to inform you of various promotions, goods and services that may be of interest to you.

Any personal information we collect from you will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws.

Our online shop uses the PayPal secure payment system; all credit and debit card Payments are handled by PayPal using their secure system.


IDTA does not store your credit card details. For your protection the personal details we do store are held in an encrypted form in our database.


If you register an account on our webshop we provide you with a username and password as part of our security procedures. You must treat this information as confidential and you must not disclose it to any third party. We reserve the right to disable any user account, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.


3. Delivery Terms




We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, subject to stock. The office operates Monday - Friday between the hours of 9.00 am - 5.00 pm.




UK orders are posted for FREE using 1st class letter post or ParcelForce 48. If you require the goods quickly, select the ParcelForce 24 service. (A small processing charge will be added).

Overseas orders are sent by airmail, or Parcel Force (Euro 48 or International Scheduled depending upon destination).  If you require a signature at the destination select Airmail International Signed For or a ParcelForce service (all ParcelForce services are tracked). Please allow between 2 and 12 days for delivery depending upon location and service.

There is a discount for airmail parcels between 2kg and 5kg consisting entirely of Printed Paper. Please select this service ONLY if your order contains just printed paper (books, pamphlets, posters) otherwise your order might be delayed.



Depending on your country you may have to pay taxes, duties or import fees in addition to our shipping costs.


4. Payment Terms, refunds and returns




Our online shop uses the PayPal secure payment system. We accept all major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc… and debit cards, Maestro, Solo etc… Payment can also be made by cheque in Pounds Sterling £, or existing good credit UK customers can order goods by quoting a Purchase Order number and will receive a 30-day invoice. Orders can also be made by phone or fax. Please follow the onscreen instructions in PayPal carefully when making a payment using this system.


Please note the minimum order is £10.00 when paying by credit or debit card and £3.00 for other payment methods. Discounts are available on large orders (£500-£999 10%, £1000-£1999 15%, £2000-£2999 20%, £3000 and above 30%). Please contact our sales team for further information.


Payment for digital products must be made by Debit/Credit Card (via PayPal).


If you pay for goods in a foreign currency the conversion rate will be at the current rate of your payment provider.




Refunds/replacements will only be given on faulty or unopened goods if returned to International Sales within 28 days of order.


Refunds cannot be made on digital products but a physical copy may be offered in exchange at our discretion.




VAT (sales tax): Prices are shown inclusive of VAT. Most of our items are VAT free; however CDs, Audio-tapes, Videos and DVDs are subject of 17.5% VAT for UK and EU customers. Other customers do not pay any sales tax.

VAT registered European customers: Write your VAT (tax) number in the field provided when ordering, to allow us to process your order according to the latest European regulations.

The system will charge you VAT on your first order. If you supply a valid VAT (tax) number we will assign your tax-exempt status and refund your VAT. So long as you use the SAME username in the future the system will no longer charge you VAT.

We charge VAT on ALL orders shipped to UK destinations (except the Channel Islands).



The IDTA attempts to ensure that all appropriate documentation is provided in accordance with international shipping and customs. However, any additional customs charges that may be applied by your local Customs Office are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay or dispute. 


5. Billing Information Terms and Conditions


We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may implement limits on quantities available for purchase per at our own discretion. In the event that we make a change to your order we will attempt to notify you via email or telephone; or in the event that these options are not available, by written letter to your postal address. We reserve the right to prohibit orders that appear to be placed by resellers.


By placing an order with us you agree to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.


When placing an order via our webshop, you agree that all details you provide for the purpose of purchasing goods are accurate and complete in all respects.


6. Product Information


IDTA (Sales) Ltd attempt to keep our webshop as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current. If any product ordered from IDTA (Sales) Ltd that you receive isn’t as described on the webshop, it can be returned – unused – as described in our returns policy.


We will act immediately to correct any error identified and are under no legal obligation to honour a price displayed in error.


7. Liability Limitations


We do not guarantee that your use of the webshop will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free.


You agree that from time to time we may suspend the webshop without prior notice to you.


You expressly agree that your use of the webshop is entirely at your own risk. The products delivered to you through the webshop are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without any warranties or conditions of any kind, either expressly or implied.


In no case shall IDTA (Sales) Ltd be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or any similar damages, arising from your use of the website or any products purchased therewith, or for any other claim related to your use of the website or service, including, but not limited to, errors or omissions in any content, any loss or damage incurred as a result of use of the webshop, or any content posted, downloaded or otherwise made available by IDTA (Sales) Ltd, even if advised of the possibility. Where countries operate different laws regarding the limitation of liability in the case of consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent of the relevant laws.


The sites listed on IDTA.co.uk have been reviewed to ensure that they contain appropriate material for children, parents and teachers. However under no circumstances shall IDTA.co.uk, its employees or its contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages that may result in any way from your use or inability to use the information provided on this or any other web site supported or linked by IDTA.co.uk, or from your reliance on or use of information, services or merchandise provided on or through the web site or that result from mistakes, errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, deletion of files, delays in operation or transmission or any failure of performance.


8. Dispute Clause


Any dispute relating to any activity on the IDTA (Sales) Ltd webshop or the purchase of any IDTA (Sales) Ltd products shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the United Kingdom, unless you have in some way threatened or violated IDTA (Sales) Ltd’s intellectual property rights, whereby IDTA (Sales) Ltd may seek an injunctive.


These Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the country of the United Kingdom.


9. Trademarks / Intellectual Property / Copyrights




The content of the IDTA (Sales) Ltd webshop, including but not limited to text, graphics and digital download files, is copyrighted under United Kingdom and other international copyright laws, and is the property of IDTA (Sales) Ltd. We do not permit any redistribution, modification or sharing of copyrighted properties, and will utilize all permitted powers under UK law to prosecute offenders who attempt to breach, break or bypass digital copyright protection controls in use on the webshop.




All trademarks, service marks and trade names of IDTA (Sales) Ltd on the webshop are trademarks or registered trademarks of IDTA (Sales) Ltd, or of their respective owners.




Purchasing a Digital Download from the IDTA (Sales) Ltd webshop entitles you to a single copy of the product. Digital products are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Failure to adhere to any of these statements constitutes an infringement of our rights. Duplication, Sharing, or uploading files anywhere on the internet is strictly forbidden. Download links for e-products (books, audio files and syllabus video) are valid and functioning for one (1) download per link. It is the sole responsibility of the customer/purchaser to know where downloaded files end up on their own computer/mobile device. We reserve the right to update or change these terms and any time.


10. External Links / Third-Party Links


Certain content, products and services available from our webshop may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on the webshop may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for the content of these third-party websites and do not accept any liability or responsibility for the accuracy or quality of the content, products of services offered by third-parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods or services provided by third-parties or any transactions made with third-party websites. Please review all policies and practices of any third-party that you engage with. Complaints or questions should be raised with the third-party via their official channels.
