How can I pay for Digital Download only items?

Digital Download only items can be purchased directly via Paypal or via Invoice ('On Account'). 

Where is my Digital Download?

Once you have purchased a Digital Download only item you will receive an email to your registered email address that contains download links for all of the digital items you have purchased. These links expire after 72 hours so please make sure to download the digital items quickly. A link can be extended by a further 24 hour period if you contact us.

If you have not received an email please check  your spam or junk mail folder in case the email has been flagged by your provider. 

Please also note that if you purchase via the 'On Account' option it will take slightly longer to receive your download email as these orders need to be processed by our Sales team before the email is released by the web shop.

If you still have not received your download email within 24 hours of making your purchase please contact us so that we can reissue the download links to you again.

Can I use my Digital Download on more than one device?

We do not use Digital Rights Protection on our Digital Downloads so you are able to download your purchased items and transfer them to your phone/tablet/laptop for personal use.

We do enforce a copyright policy that prohibits the sharing of download links or digital media files purchased via the IDTA shop.
