As part of the IDTA’s commitment to ensuring that examination sessions are processed as quickly and as accurately as possible we are introducing a new step in the initial processing of sessions.
From now on, we will email you a copy of the current examination Candidate Details list in advance of your session so that you can check and confirm any amendments to Candidate Name, Branch and Grade taken prior to certificates and awards being prepared. This will hopefully mean fewer corrections are needed after you have received the awards and certificates.
We will hold up the processing of your session for a maximum of seven days while we await confirmation that all of the details are correct. After this time expires we will go ahead and process the session with the information previously provided.
If you fail to inform the office of any corrections needed during this time it may result in additional costs for corrections.
