IDTA Annual Elections: The Association’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place in the Winter Gardens, Blackpool on Monday 3rd July 2023 as part of the Annual Congress from 1st to 3rd July 2023. Notices of motion must be received by Monday 3rd April 2023.
The election of the Board of Directors, Financial Director and President-Elect will take place at AGM and a nomination forms are available from Head Office. Please email the Chief Executive, Liz Murphy e: l.murphy@idta.co.uk to request a form. All posts are for one year only.
Nomination forms for the post of President Elect must be returned to the Association’s Auditors Galloways by 27th March 2023. Members eligible to stand are the existing members of the Board of Directors who have served as such for a minimum period of three consecutive years.
Nomination forms for the posts of Director must be returned to the Association’s Auditors Galloways by 3rd April 2023. Any full member of the Association may be nominated for the office of Director.
Nomination forms for the posts of Financial Director must be returned to the Association’s Auditors Galloways by 3rd April 2023. The members eligible to stand for the office of Financial Director are the existing members of the Board of Directors who have served as such for a minimum period of five consecutive years.
