The Lancaster London hotel’s reception is undergoing a major refurbishment and access to the Nine Kings Suite and Westbourne Suite will be via a new temporary entrance. The changes to the venue mean that the Theatre workshops will be held in the Nine Kings Ballroom (ground floor level) and the Ballroom workshops downstairs in the Westbourne Suite. IDTA staff will be on site to direct you to the ballrooms and assist you. If you require overnight accommodation at the venue we recommend you book early as the bedrooms are also being refurbished and there will be reduced capacity.
