Fellowship
The IDTA Fellowship qualification develops a dance teacher’s knowledge and skills to the highest level and enables them to teach dance in their chosen genre.

How will you be assessed?
The Fellowship is a practical examination conducted by an IDTA appointed Examiner. Candidates, both with a partner and individually, will be asked to demonstrate the appropriate dance genre to music and will be expected to answer technical questions.
Prerequisites
Candidates will be required to have held the appropriate Licentiate qualification for a minimum of one year prior to the examination.

Fees
Candidates for IDTA dance teaching qualifications are required to apply using the IDTA Professional Application Form and pay the examination fee in advance. Training fees are set by the teacher.
